How much do you pay for motorcycle insurance?

I would like to know how much you pay for motorcycle insurance. If you could, in your answer, please state how much you pay, how old you are, and what size you bike is. Also say if it is a crotch rocket a cruiser….etc. I am seventeen and wondering what a roundabout insurance quote would be for me.

For my husband, it is $300/year(full coverage) through USAA. New york city and he is 33 years old. his bike is a kawasaki ninja 900.

He says for a seventeen year old in NYC it would be like $3000 if you have a motorcycle license and clean driving record.
but NYC and Cali have the highest rates in the country so…

I live in Canada, 38 y old, completed motorcycle safety training, bike Suzuki GS500F for the minimum required by the law coverage C$660.

$75/year minimum legal insurance from Progressive.
I am 49 years old, 1985 Yamaha Virago 700 cruiser style.

The best thing you can do is call around. did or are you planning to take the MSF course. This will lower the cost. you don’t need a license
To get a quote. Just have the basic info on the bike’s your interested
in. And they will be able to give you a rough but close est.

I am 38 with 1 not at fault accident and live in California. I have 2 scooter s insured with Geico for $120 for liability only. They are vintage Vespas (1978 200cc & 1961 150cc ).
